Magnet Alley: Privacy

Last updated 27 September 2026

The short version: the game sends anonymous gameplay statistics so we can design the game better by understanding how far players get, where it is too hard or where it breaks. It never asks who you are, and nothing it sends can identify you.

What is sent

What is not collected

No name, email, account, contacts or precise location. No advertising or tracking across other websites. Your internet (IP) address is discarded by our analytics service and not stored.

Where it goes

To PostHog, an analytics service, on its servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). It is kept for up to 12 months and used only to improve Magnet Alley. It is never sold or shared. PostHog is a US company, so its staff and service providers outside the EU may access the data, under the EU's standard legal safeguards for international transfers.

What stays on your device

Your best times, progress and settings are saved in your browser's storage so the game remembers them. They are not sent anywhere.

Turning it off

Settings → Anonymous stats: Off stops the game sending anything from that browser.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

The website you play on

Sites that host the game, such as CrazyGames and itch.io, have their own privacy policies for their own pages, accounts and adverts.
